For those with children, the schools associated with Kierland Greens are Sandpiper Elementary School, Desert Shadows Middle School, and Horizon High School. All schools are located within the Paradise Valley Unified School District.

Kierland Greens is located on the 9th fairway of the Kierland Golf Course, in addition, there are many golf courses in the surrounding area. Golf courses definitely worth checking out are Scottsdale TPC, Grayhawk, Starfire, Sanctuary and the Orange Tree Golf Resort.
Our Kierland Greens Review
Although we really like Kierland Landmark and The Plaza Lofts, for overall value and affordability we’ve got to give the nod to Kierland Greens. Throw on a pair of tennis shoes and in no time you can be out your front door shopping at Kierland Commons, golfing at the Kierland Golf Club, or picking up a gallon of milk at Safeway. Owners love the fact that Kierland Greens is a gated community with a fitness room, heated pool & spa, and every unit comes with a two car garage (yes, even the one bedroom condos). The landscaping is immaculate, and honestly, this is just a fun place to call home.
If I had to nitpick, there’s only a few things that I would mention. Many of the dwellings have stairs (even on the 1st floor as the living space in a lot of cases is over the garage), so if you need a true ground floor condo there will be less units to choose from. Also, some of the upstairs homes come standard with two patios which is great. However, the smaller of the two is kind of strange. It probably measures about 6 feet in length x 15 inches. I’m not sure what the developer had in mind. I guess if all you’re looking for is some fresh air, it does the trick.
If you’re sensitive to road noise you may want to steer clear of the buildings on the far south side of the complex as they are in close proximity to Greenway Rd.
