Kierland Heritage in North Scottsdale is a really nice subdivision just on the west side of Clubgate Drive from the more popular Kierland Greens condo community located to the East. For those wanting to take a peek, the address is 15240 North Clubgate Drive. Kierland Heritage is a small townhome subdivision by most standards with approximately 78 total units. The homes were built from 1997 – 1999 and range in size from approximately 1650 square feet for a 2 bedroom to over 2400 square feet for a 3 bedroom / 3 bath home. Occasionally a foreclosure or short sale may become available, although it’s not considered typical for this stable community.

Homeowners Association

The HOA dues are approximately $250.00 a month and inlcude a blanket hazard insurance policy, roof repair, roof replacement, cable or satellite tv, common area maintenence and front yard maintenance. The homeowners association at Kierland Heritage is managed by Rossmar Graham. They can be reached at 480.551.4300 .

Property Taxes

At the current time, most homeowners are paying approximately $3500 – $4000 a year in property taxes.

Schools

Kierland Heritage is served by the Paradise Valley School District which is generally considered one of our best. Associated schools are Sandpiper Elementary School,  Desert Shadows Middle School and Horizon High School.

Golf

The Kierland Golf Club is the logical choice for those living in Kierland Heritage. Additional courses within  a 5 – 10 minute drive are TPC of Scottsdale, Orangetree Golf Resort,  Starfire at Scottsdale Country Club, McCormick Ranch and the Gainey Ranch Golf Club. All of these golf courses have golf course properties available.

If Kierland Heritage doesn’t appeal to you, some other Kierland condos and townhomes to consider are Kierland Greens, Kierland Lofts, Plaza Residences and the Landmark Condominiums. For those on a strict budget, take a look at Discovery at Tatum where 2 bedroom condos can be had in the low to mid 100′s.
