For those wanting to take a peek, the address is 15240 North Clubgate Drive. Kierland Heritage is a small townhome subdivision by most standards with approximately 78 total units. The homes were built from 1997 - 1999 and range in size from approximately 1650 square feet for a 2 bedroom to over 2400 square feet for a 3 bedroom / 3 bath home. Occasionally a foreclosure or short sale may become available, although it’s not considered typical for this stable community.
