Our Milano Terrace Review

Milano Terrace is still a great option for those looking for a condo or townhome in the Scottsdale area. One feature Milano Terrace offers that virtually none of the other communities in close proximity have is one car garages. Although covered carports or underground parking isn’t the end of the world, I would tend to think that most people would appreciate their own garage.

The location of Bella Terra is what really stands out, in our minds anyway. Twenty minutes to the airport, an abundance of shopping within walking distance and seemingly limitless dining options. Past clients have noted that they love the beautiful landscaping, fitness center and multiple pool options to choose from.

There are not many negatives, but we would like to mention a few things. Condos on the far south side of the community back up to Shea Blvd which has a fair amount of traffic noise. Make sure to factor that into your purchase offer if considering one of those units. Also, if you’re purchasing the condo as an investment or as a rental you may want to consider one of the ground level units as some people aren’t willing, or are not able to climb stairs.
