Be sure to start the process of setting up your new accounts at least 3 – 4 days prior to closing to ensure a seamless transition.

Water, Sewer, Trash

Notes: All three services are combined on one monthly bill. If using the online system allow 2-3 days for processing. You may be required to submit your escrow information prior to establishing service.

Electric

Although there are two primary electric companies that service residential homes in Scottsdale, your electric provider is determined by the geographical location of your home. Not sure who your provider is? Give us a call direct at (480) 209-6277. We would be happy to help.

Internet, Phone, TV

There’s many communication options available, but here’s a good start. Our main service providers are Cox and Qwest. I have personally had all services bundled with COX for years and have been happy. Internet speed is very fast and customer service is top-notch.
