Since I purchased my first property in 1968 I have dealt with over 20 real estate brokers. I can emphatically state that no one, no one has come close to the service level provided by Barry Cox. On March 1, of this year we purchased our Scottsdale home, a nice two bedroom, two bath condominium near the Kierland section of town. Barry was actually the fourth broker we had enlisted. The first three defined the word “non-responsive”. While all of them were indeed “Realtors” they gave us the impression that they were chasing the million dollar homes and had no time for the small condominium buyer.

I contacted Barry Cox of Realty Executives of Scottsdale after I read an article he wrote for one of the newspapers in the area about the Kierland section of town. After emailing us many MLS listings that met our requirements, Barry was able to advise us on two complexes which he though fit our needs. Within ten days after contacting Barry we made an offer on a condo, “sight unseen.” Barry was willing to view the property for us, take numerous pictures and advise on what he thought was a fair price to offer. We flew out to Phoenix that week, met Barry, viewed the property and agreed “we made the right decision”. Barry moved the paper work along and advised us of all the steps along the way. We were able to close escrow within 15 business days and acquire title to the property.

Barry Cox is a true real estate professional and the perfect model “Realtor”. He takes his work diligently, provides information in a very timely matter, advises clients on the “pros and the cons” and always returns calls within a few hours and most of the time within a few minutes.
