Our Review:

The Allison Condominiums are located just south of Redfield and 92nd street - across the street from Redfield Elementary School. This is a nice option for those not looking to break the bank, but still want a resort-style property in a great location.

The main community pool / spa is fantastic with travertine decking, cabana's, umbrella's, and new outdoor furniture.

Can you walk to dining and shopping? Yes - although we're talking about a half mile to Scottsdale Horizon which has options such as Safeway, Starbucks, Flo's, AJ's Fine Foods and Chipotle.

Keep an eye out for listings with the Talbot floor plan which is our favorite by far.
