The 18 hole Stonecreek Golf Club directly borders this community to the West and is a quality, reasonably priced course. Other courses in the area include Orange Tree, Kierland, Gainey Ranch, McCormick Ranch and Starfire.

Our Review:

Villas at Stonecreek is very desirable due to it’s walkability and general location. Want to play a round of golf? No problem. Grab your clubs, walk out the front gate, and in a matter of minutes you'll be hitting the links at the Stonecreek Golf Club. Shopping and dining options are also equally convenient. Within easy walking distance is the Paradise Valley Mall, Target, Costco, Best Buy, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, LA Fitness, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, REI, and more. 

We also like the fact that the community is gated, has a resort-style  pool and spa, fitness room, and theater room. If stairs are a problem you may want to look elsewhere as all the floor plans are multi-level.

Generally speaking, the homeowners association / property management company does a nice job maintaining the grounds, and exterior of the units. The monthly HOA fees are a little higher than average, but not exorbitantly so.

One real bonus is every unit has it's own attached garage which is not typical for the area. 

If you're in the market for a North Phoenix / Scottsdale condo in this price range, you're going to be hard-pressed to find a better overall value when considering price, location, features and amenities.
