Toll Brothers is one of our favorite builders in the area, and they knocked it out of the park with the Aviano project.
The Villages at Aviano has 280 units, 20 buildings and 9 floor plans. At some point in the future, another 8 buildings will be constructed.
There's so much to like here. The quality of construction, age, location, floor plans, amenities, and as a resident you receive access to the Aviano community center at no additional charge.
The main difference between similar properties in the area such as Toscana and La Verne, is that each unit has an attached 2 car garage.
Dining,shopping and a movie theater are less than 2 miles away at the Desert Ridge Marketplace.
Resale inventory is usually adequate. You can expect to find 5-10 Villages at Aviano condos for sale at any given time.
